Appearance: Teras is a very tall young man who stands up at about 6'3 feet tall. Teras is also very pale with skin that is usually cold to the touch with small scars along his arms. Teras has slightly long, messy, and shaggy light blue hair that is almost white in appearance. To match his hair, Teras possesses a pair of crystal blue eyes.
Teras tends to wear nice a nice set of clean dress clothes. He always makes sure that there aren't any wrinkles in his attire and that his black shoes are also perfectly polished.

Personality: Teras is a calm and curious fellow who often inspects everything that he finds fascinating. He grew up being taught to treat his Pokémon with the utmost of care and respect. Due to this , he always allows his Pokémon to be on the outside of their pokéballs. When he obtains new Pokémon for his team though, he'll catch them by first using a Luxury Ball.
Whenever he's around other human beings, Teras will maintain his friendly attitude with them as well. He will only ever be rude to others if he finds them to be cruel to others or Pokémon. Even then he'll attempt to pick at an individual's brain to understand why they act like they do and see if he could help them in the way a therapist could.

History: Teras was born into the world through Ex-Team Plasma Members that had learn of the original Organizations true goals. Like many others in Team Plasma, Teras' parents attempted to atone for their sins by finding hurt and injured Pokémon in the wild and healed them back to full heath. During their time in the organization, Teras' parents grew attached to each other and one day had Teras of course.
Teras was then raised in Unova learning to help and nature Pokémon of his region. The world he lived on though was extremely vast and wide and held much more Pokémon that were endangered even now. Teras then grew determined to travel to a new Region known as Pinko to see and assist many different kinds of Pokémon that he had never before seen.
Teras' parents then allowed him to venture off on his own journey to Pinko. Before Teras could leave though, his father gifted his son with the water Pokémon Oshawott which had hatched from his own Pokémon's egg. With his new friend by his side, Teras boards the plane to Pinko.

Dream/Goals: Like many of other reformed Team Plasma members, Teras dreams of a world where Pokémon and humans no need Pokéballs to keep a close bond with each other.

Miscellaneous:
Fighting Style: Teras is very new when it comes to battling so he might try to avoid it if he can. When he does battle though, he will keep a cool head and think each move out carefully. He will use moves that are usually Supper Effective to his opponents and use many Status Afflictions keep his Pokémon ahead.
