Preparing for our first gym battle!

Honey arrived with Mimi and their pokemon, looking at the barren ground and rocky cliffs. Her chickorita was wary as she stepped along the dirt and rocks. Honey pulled out her pokedex and clicked on the "pokemon in this area" tab. "Oh wow! I can find a sand shrew here! And a cubone!" She snapped her pokedex shut and looked around the dirt. "I don't see any pokemon!"

Mimi glanced over Honey's shoulder to take a look at her pokedex. ''I guess we just have to find them'' she said and started looking for pokemons. She climbed up on a massive rock to get a better view of the place, but suddenly the rock moved.

It turned out to be a wild Onix! Mimi grabbed on to the Onix, giggling madly despite being in danger. Her Bulbasaur's eyes widened in terror as he watched his trainer getting on to the Onix. Bulbasaur panicked and didn't seem to have idea what to do.

OOC: I could use some help but do you mind if I catch this Onix? I really want one

Kody stumbled into the path the other two were in, seemingly had lost them about a mile before Creek Town. "Hey." He said quietly, clutching Totodile in his hands. "So Mimi' s gonna try to catch an Onix huh?" The boy shuffled around in his bag, pulling out a grey pokemon with blue marks around it. He rolled it over to Mimi. "That heavy ball may help you."

Honey yelped in surprise and flew backwards. The giant onix scared the jeebies out of her. "WAH it's so scary!" Her chickorita started shaking in fear as well. Her pidove began bravely flying around the giant beasts, shrieking loudly.

Mimi saw Kody appearing behind Honey. She grinned and waved to him as she rode the enraged Onix ''Hi Kody!'' She saw the ball and jumped from the Onix when it went close to the ground. She grabbed the ball and inspected it ''Oooh! Thanks Kody!''

She turned to her Bulbasaur ''Now Bulbasaur use Vine Whip!'' Bulbasaur seemed to recover from his earlier shock and attacked the Onix. The Onix shrieked in pain, but attacked back with Rage. Bulbasaur didn't had time to dodge the attack and was flung back. ''Bulbasaur, are you ok?!'' Mimi asked in frightened tone. ''Bulba...'' Bulbasaur said and got back up, using another Vine Whip to knock out the Onix. Mimi then used the Heavy ball Kody had given to her. It swallowed the Onix and started shaking violently on the ground. After a while it stopped and Mimi picked it up ''Yay! I got an Onix! Good job Bulbasaur!'' Bulbasaur seemed to be hurt, but it smiled to Mimi.

Honey gasped. "That was easy! Was it cause ground types are weak again grass types?" She wondered outloud. That was when she heard a loud yelp and dashed towards the sound of the cry. A horde of diglett and dugtrio were harassing a young cubone and sandshrew. The pair were backe against a big rock as the other pokemon kept appearing from underground and closing in. "Hey! Stop it you jerks!" Honey yelled at them angerly. "Why are you picking on them?!" Her chickorita nodded it's head in agreement. "CHICK! CHICKORITA!" She yelped. A large dugtrio popped up in front of chickorita and began talking. "Dug! Dug dugtrio!" They said back to her. Her chickorita looked back up at her and said, "chickorita, chick chick." Honey scratched her head. "Huh?" Her pidove landed next to chickorita and cocked it's head at Honey.

Chickorita drew a line in the dirt and stood on one side and pidove stood on the other. Dipove then crossed the line and chickorita began to dramatically growl. Honey gasped, understanding. "Oh, the cubone and sandshrew are in diglitts territory?" Both of her pokemon nodded their head yes. Honey bent down and said to the dugtrio, "if it's okay with you, I can remove those pokemon for you?" The dugtrio began to talk to each other and then nodded in agreement.
