Pokémon Center Sauna Empty Pokémon Center Sauna

Inside the Center you can heal your Pokémons for free as in any other center. But you can also enjoy relaxing sauna after your long trip to this town. The showers and saunas are separated for boys and girls, but the trainers are allowed to bring their Pokémon with them. The saunas are large, completely made out of wood. In the middle sits the sauna stove The sauna's temperature stays at a cozy 80 celsius/176 Fahrenheit, but can be increased even higher if you throw water to the large sauna stove. The stove uses wood for fuel to bring the best heat. The heat will open any tight muscles and will completely relax your body. Bringing some kind of drink is recomended, especially if you aren't used to the saunas.

Those who are daring can quickly run outside of the sauna and roll in the snow before coming back inside. Those who are the most daring can also jump from the small pier into the hole in the ice in the lake.
